Imagine that: made fun of for seeking joy and Light, disparaged for flitting about in happy dreams, for wanting others to be happy, too. So I took them off. I thought it would be better to fit in.
I was wrong.
I put them on again and now, like Dr. Morely Weiner, I can’t see the world at all from outside my chosen specs.
