You do not have to meditate on a mountain top for 7 years to access inner wisdom. You do not have to go to medical school to know what your body needs to heal.* Simple techniques, curiosity, and some practice will give you the tools of discernment you need to reset your course to ease, equilibrium, and wellness.

IMMERSE YOURSELF IN MINDBODY PRACTICE
Experience self-care as a way of being, not something you "do" once a week or once a month.
Below is a sampling of the kind of work we'll do together. The program is based on EFT. It addresses the mindsets commonly involved in chronic pain situations. Based on the individual, we may also work with reiki, meditation, or massage.
MEDITATION + MINDFULNESS
Healing requires that we slow down and pay attention. Meditation is not a supernatural experience reserved for monks and extraordinary humans. It's a simple daily practice anyone can do. Starting immediately.
Learn + Practice
This is the core of our work together. The bulk of our sessions will be identifying and clearing the thoughts and emotions that are contributing to that pain you're experiencing. There are themes that commonly relate to pain. This is transformational work that requires a willingness to be open and curious.
Learn + Practice
Reiki is a simple meditative practice that can be learned by anyone. You will be able to use it immediately as a daily practice for healing. (This is a self-healing version of basic Reiki skills. You will not be learning Reiki to work with others as in a professional practice.)
MASSAGE OR REIKI
You may add massage or reiki sessions if you are ready to extend the length of your program, or have time to increase the "intensity" of the two months. Let me know if you want to explore this option.
ABOUT TRANSFORMATIONAL WORK
The word "transformation" is thrown around casually, but I use it quite specifically. When we work together, the intention is to allow the hidden parts of your being to emerge. When you allow that to happen, change will occur. It does not necessarily occur on your timeline and it isn't always comfortable.
Two months of dedicated practice is a beginning. It is an invitation to live your life in alignment with the truth of who you are. It will set you on a path that you can choose to follow or not.
