Reiki Levels One and Two - Online (or hybrid in Boston). These are thorough and well-presented experiences that include slide shows with text and audio, questions and journal prompts, self-directed practice, practice with me, and personal feedback. They are not quick, cheap substitutes for real learning and self-development. Consider these classes if you want a solid foundation in reiki — or perhaps if you took a reiki class in the past, but don't feel you *really* learned it.

Getting Unstuck with EFT Tapping - Reclaim your motivation, focus, and forward motion. This combo of a mini online course and live instruction takes you well beyond the occasional tapping session or trying to make tapping work on your own. It contains a slide show, journal, supporting PDFs, and three coaching sessions with me.

The Inner Healing Circle Membership - This is the heart and soul, the center hub of Traveling Light! Here you'll set goals and explore — in real time and in real life — the powerful energy healing and mindbody concepts to help you get unstuck and heal. We have a weekly live meeting and a qi gong practice (gentle mindfulness and energy-awareness movement practice.) This is for beginners — or for those with some experience who want a place to check in, to practice, to share.
