To effectively work with others and do self-Reiki, it's best to attend a training. The instructions are simple but to really "get" Reiki you need practice and guidance. In the meantime, you can start to feel what Reiki's like by practicing along with me on YouTube. I teach traditional Reiki and have a few music/guided meditation videos, too. So you can just breathe, relax and feel the healing energy.
