These are not part of the Reiki traditional healing methods.
They are however, important parts of a modern Reiki practice — overlooked by many beginner classes —leaving new practitioners unsure of how to use their new skills.
4 Learning Essentials
1. Clarity
We'll clear up common misconceptions that cause people to remain stuck wondering about Reiki instead of getting started with their training.
2. Competence
The "4P's" are important mindset and practice skills that will set you apart as a practitioner. Most Level One classes never even touch on these.
3. Confidence
Knowledge about Reiki doesn't make you confident. Practice and experience does. In this Preview you'll learn how your Reiki Self-Healing Integration Program will boost your confidence with the Reiki energy for self and others.
4. Coaching
Reiki is a simple method. Even so, students almost always wonder, "Am I doing this right?" Or they face questions about things that made sense in the book, but don't seem so straightforward once you start applying them. I'll be right there so you won't have to figure it out on your own.

Who is Lisa Bedoya?
