Qi Gong is simple, powerful healing practice. It's a segment of Traditional Chinese Medicine that combines breath and intention with simple movements. It’s surprisingly accessible and deeply effective.
Qi Gong is a meditation to move you out of your thinking — perhaps worried — mind and into a state of embodied clarity, calm and deep relaxation.
